At Motor Circuit 3D, every product is made to order and carefully prepared for each customer.
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is any issue with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition.
- Unused and undamaged.
- Returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Made to Order and Personalised Products
All our products are made to order.
Standard made-to-order products may be returned within the return period, provided they meet the conditions above.
However, personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Products with a custom name or text.
- Products made in a custom colour.
- Products made in a custom size.
- Products created according to specific customer instructions.
- Custom circuit designs or special requests.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Original shipping costs are not refundable, except where required by applicable law or when the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@motorcircuits3d.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged, defective or incorrect product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- Photos of the shipping label.
Once we review the issue, we will offer the most suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund, depending on the case.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Because all products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
If production has not started yet, we will do our best to cancel the order and issue a refund.
If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible, especially for personalised or custom-made products.
3D Printing Characteristics
Our products are made using 3D printing technology.
Small layer lines, minor surface variations or slight colour differences may occur as part of the normal 3D printing process.
These characteristics are not considered defects, as long as the product is functional, correctly produced and visually consistent with the design.
