Due to the nature of this process, minor surface variations, layering lines, or small cosmetic imperfections may occur. These are not defects but inherent characteristics of the 3D printing process. 2.2. Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings or the specific batch of filament used. 2.3. Not Official Merchandise: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are artistic interpretations “inspired by” famous racing circuits. They are not official products of F1, MotoGP, or any specific racing track/brand.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Currency: All prices are displayed in [Euros/USD] and include Spanish VAT (where applicable). 3.2. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. 4. Order Processing and Lead Times
4.1. Made-to-Order: As each circuit is often printed upon request, please allow a production window of [3 to 7] business days before shipping. 4.2. Availability: If a specific material or color is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.
5. Shipping and Global Delivery
5.1. Worldwide Shipping: We ship from Barcelona to most countries worldwide. 5.2. Customs and Duties: As stated in our specific Customs Clause, international customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees. 5.3. Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Motor Circuits 3D is not responsible for delays caused by carrier transit times or customs clearance.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. Standard Products: According to EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product if you are not satisfied. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 6.2. Custom/Personalized Orders: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made circuits (e.g., custom sizes, personalized names, or tracks designed specifically for you). 6.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
7. Warranty and Damages
7.1. Defects: We offer a legal warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper hanging, or exposure to extreme heat (which can warp 3D printed plastic). 7.2. Transit Damage: If your circuit arrives broken, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, circuit layouts, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Motor Circuits 3D. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Motor Circuits 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
