Shipping Policy

At Motor Circuit 3D, every product is made to order and carefully prepared before shipping.

We create premium 3D printed motorsport wall art, produced individually for each customer and packed with care to arrive safely.

Made to Order Production

All our products are made to order.

This means that once your order is placed, we prepare and produce your item specifically for you.

Our usual production time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.

During busy periods, such as product launches, special promotions or holiday seasons, production may take a little longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

These delivery times are only estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on public holidays, local conditions or exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping promotion or shipping discount will be shown clearly before completing your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can follow the status of your parcel after dispatch.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

International Shipping

We ship orders from Spain.

For deliveries within the EU, UK and US no import customs process is normally required for the customer.

For deliveries outside this areas, local customs procedures may occasionally apply depending on the destination country. If any additional local charges are requested by the destination authorities or courier, they will be managed directly between the customer and the relevant local operator.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@motorcircuits3d.com.

We will always try to help, but once the parcel has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. In this case, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Delayed Parcels

Sometimes parcels may take a little longer than expected due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs checks, high shipping volume or local delivery issues.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@motorcircuits3d.com and we will help you check the status of the shipment.

Lost Parcels

If you experience any issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us at contact@motorcircuits3d.com and we will help you review the shipment status with the courier.

Damaged Packages

We carefully pack every order to protect the product during transport.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@motorcircuits3d.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged product.
  • Photos of the packaging.
  • Photos of the shipping label.

This helps us review the issue quickly and arrange the best solution for you.
