Are your products made to order?
Yes. All Motor Circuits 3D products are made to order.
Once your order is placed, we produce your item specifically for you.
How long does production take?
Our usual production time is 2–5 business days before dispatch.
During busy periods, production may take a little longer. If there is any significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from Spain to many international destinations.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and are shown in our Shipping Policy.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Is adhesive or double-sided tape included?
No. Adhesive, glue, double-sided tape or wall mounting accessories are not included.
Our products are lightweight and can usually be mounted with simple removable adhesive strips, double-sided tape or another suitable wall-safe fixing solution.
Please choose the fixing method according to your wall surface and follow the manufacturer’s instructions of the adhesive product you use.
Are frames or accessories included?
No, unless expressly stated on the product page.
Lifestyle images, room mockups or decorative scenes may show frames, furniture, tools or accessories for visual inspiration only.

Are your products official merchandise?
No, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our products are artistic and decorative interpretations inspired by motorsport circuits, racing culture and automotive design.
Motor Circuits 3D is not affiliated with, sponsored by or officially connected to Formula 1, MotoGP, any racing championship, racing team, circuit owner, event organiser, manufacturer or brand.
Can I request a custom circuit or personalised product?
Yes, depending on the request.

Custom or personalised products may require additional production time.
Can I return my order?
Standard products may be returned within the return period, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@motorcircuits3d.com
Include your order number and photos of the damaged product, packaging and shipping label.
We will review the issue and help you find the best solution.
Are small 3D printing marks normal?
Yes. Our products are made using 3D printing technology.
Small layer lines, minor surface variations or slight colour differences may occur and are part of the normal 3D printing process.
These characteristics are not considered defects, provided that the product is correctly produced and visually consistent with the design.
How should I care for my product?
Our products are designed for indoor decorative use only.
Please avoid exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight for long periods, water, humidity or strong cleaning products.
To clean the product, gently remove dust with a soft, dry cloth.
